NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON I80 NEAR 2ND AVE. VEHICLE #1 ATTEMPTED SLOW FOR STOPPED TRAFFIC DUE TO MULTIPLE ACCIDENTS. THE TRAILER THAT VEHICLE #1 WAS TOWING BEGAN TO FISHTAIL DUE TO THE ICY ROADWAY. VEHICLE #1 MADE CONTACT WITH VEHICLE #2 AND THEN STRUCK VEHICLE #3 THAT WAS ALMOST STOPPED.
