NARRATIVE

UNITS ONE AND TWO WERE EASTBOUND ON I-80 COMING OVER E 14TH. UNIT ONE WAS IN THE CENTER LANE AND UNIT TWO WAS IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT ONE WAS COMING OVER THE BRIDGE AND LOST CONTROL. UNIT ONE ENTERED THE RIGHT LANE ALREADY OCCUPIED BY UNIT TWO. UNIT ONE STRUCK UNIT TWO ON THE FRONT LEFT QUARTER PANEL WITH THE RIGHT FRONT QUARTER PANEL.
