ON 01-20-2011 VEHICLE ONE WAS TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON I29. THE PASSENGER REAR TIRE BLEW SENDING VEHICLE ONE INTO THE MEDIAN. FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE ONE. NO INJURIES REPORTED. NO CITATIONS ISSUED DUE TO EQUIPMENT FAILURE.
