VEHICLE #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON WEBSTER COUNTY ROADWAY D-14. VEHICLE #2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON WEBSTER COUNTY ROADWAY P-59. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 FAILED TO STOP AT THE STOP SIGN AND VEHICLE #2 STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE OF VEHICLE #1. BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST IN THE EAST DITCH, WITH VEHICLE #1 BEING ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE. |
