BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 69. UNIT 1 WAS APPROXIMATELY .3 MILES SOUTH OF 255TH STREET WHEN IT REAR-ENDED UNIT 2. WEATHER CONDITIONS: THERE WAS NO PRECIPITATION BUT THE SNOW WAS BEING BLOWN UP FROM BEHIND THE SNOW PLOW
