NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE A SNOW PLOW FOR THE COUNTY WAS PUSHING SNOW BACK FROM A T INTERSECTION. VEHICLE TWO TRYING TO GET STOPPED SLID THROUGH THE INTERSECTION AND STRUCK VEHICLE ONE IN THE RIGHT SIDE CAUSING MIONOR DAMGE. VEHICLE TWO DID NOT HAVE A STOP SIGN.
