NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON WASHINGTON STREET IN THE CITY LIMITS OF BURLINGTON. WASHINGTON STEER HAS APPROXIMATELY A 6% DOWN HILL GRADE. WASHINGTON STREET WAS 100% ICE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. #1 RAN INTO THE REAR OF UNIT #2 THAT WAS FACING EAST ON WASHINGTON STREET AND STOPPED AT THE STOP LIGHT AT MAIN STREET.
