NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 TRAVELING IN THE CENTER LANE. DRIVER OF UNIT ONE OBSERVED ANOTHER WESTBOUND VEHICLE TRAVELING IN THE INSIDE LANE MERGING INTO THE CENTER LANE. DRIVER OF UNIT ONE VEERED RIGHT TO AVOID VEHICLE MERGING INTO CENTER LANE. DRIVER OF UNIT ONE LOST CONTROL, IMPACTING WITH BRIDGE/GUARD RAIL ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. UNIT ONE THEN SPUN BACK ACROSS THE ROADWAY BEFORE COMING TO REST ON THE INSIDE APRON OF ROADWAY.
