NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS HEADING WESTBOUND ON OREGON DR WHEN THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL. UNIT 1 LEFT THE ROADWAY, STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT, ROLLED, AND CAME TO REST IN THE SOUTH DITCH.
