NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SITTING AT THE RED LIGHT TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND. VEHICLE #2 EXITED THE INTERSTATE AND HAD A GREEN LIGHT. VEHICLE #2 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION AND VEHICLE #1 STARTED THROUGH THE RED LIGHT AND COLLIDED WITH VEHICLE #2.
