NARRATIVE

UNITS 1 AND 2 WERE BOTH TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON SINGING HILLS BOULEVARD AND TURNING NORTHBOUND ONTO BUSINESS HIGHWAY 75. UNIT 1 WAS IN THE LEFT TURN LANE AND UNIT 2 WAS IN THE RIGHT TURN LANE. WHILE BOTH UNITS WERE TURNING NORTHBOUND UNIT 1 LEFT ITS LANE AND STRUCK UNIT 2.
