NARRATIVE

UNIT 001 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON THE 218 NORTHBOUND RAMP TO JANESVILLE AND WAVERLY WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL. UNIT NUMBER ONE STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD AND CROSSED BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC AND CAME TO REST AGAINST THE NORTH CONCRETE BARRIER ON THE RAMP TO 218 NORTH. UNIT NUMBER ONE RECEIVED HEAVY FRONT END DAMAGE. BOTH DRIVERS AND PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER WAS UNINJURED
