UNIT 2 WAS EASTBOUND SLOWING AND MOVING TO THE LEFT LANE DUE TO SLOWING SEMI IN RIGHT LANE. UNIT 1 CAME UPON UNIT 2 AND COULD NOT SLOW FAST ENOUGH. UNIT 1 STRUCK BACK OF UNIT 2
