NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON S 3RD AVE E AND WAS GOING THROUGH THE INTERSECTION OF E 2ND ST S WHEN HE COLLIDED WITH UNIT #2 THAT WAS GOING SOUTH BOUND ON E 2ND ST S. UNIT #1 FAILED TO YIELD TO THE RIGHT AWAY OF UNIT #2 WHEN GOING THROUGH THE INTERSECTION.
