NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 51. A DEER RAN ONTO THE ROADWAY FROM THE WEST DITCH. VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE DEER. VEHICLE 1 WAS ABLE TO PULL ONTO THE EAST SHOULDER AND PARKED.
