NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT MILEPOST 255 IN THE LEFT LANE. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT MILEPOST 255 IN FRONT OF UNIT 1IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT 1 STRUCK SOME ROAD DEBRIS AND LOST CONTROL SWERVING INTO THE RIGHT LANE AND STRIKING UNIT 1 FROM BEHIND.
