NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 5. VEHICLE #2 WAS WESTBOUND ON 240TH WHEN IT CAME TO A STOP AT HIGHWAY 5 AND 240TH STREET. VEHICLE #2 PROCEEDED TO TRY AND CROSS HIGHWAY 5 TRAVELING WESTBOUND. VEHICLE #1 HIT THE BRAKES TRYING TO AVOID A COLLISION. VEHICLE #1 COULD NOT STOP AND MADE CONTACT WITH VEHICLE #2 IN THE PASSENGER REAR PORTION OF VEHICLE #2. BOTH VEHICLES WERE ABLE TO COME TO A STOP ON THE ROADWAY.
