UNIT 1 IS EASTBOUND ON I-80 IN THE LEFT LANE AT 115 MM. WHILE TRAVELING EASTBOUND UNIT 1 LOOSES CONTROL IN THE LEFT LANE. UNIT 1 THEN ENTERS THE MEDIAN. UNIT 1 EXITS THE MEDIAN ENTERING WESTBOUND TRAFFIC. UNIT 1 ROLLS TWICE ACROSS BOTH LANES OF WESTBOUND TRAFFIC. UNIT 1 COMES TO REST UPRIGHT ON THE OUTSIDE SHOULDER OF WESTBOUND TRAFFIC FACING EAST. ROADWAY SURFACE CONDITION:WET/FROST
