NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE LEFT LANE. A VEHICLE IN THE RIGHT LANE CHANGE LANES TO THE LEFT LANE. AT THAT TIME, THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 CHANGED LANES TO THE RIGHT LANE, LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE DUE TO HER SPEED AND THE ICY ROADWAY, AND SPUN COUNTER-CLOCKWISE OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. AS THE VEHICLE ENTERED THE SOUTH DITCH SIDEWAYS, THE VEHICLE ROLLED ONCE, COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING NORTH.
