NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 IS WESTBOUND ON I80 AT THE 137MM DRIVING IN THE INSIDE LANE OF THREE LANES OF TRAVEL. AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE IS IN THE MIDDLE LANE OF TRAVEL. THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE COME INTO THE INSIDE LANE OCCUPIED BY VEHICLE #1. IMPACT OCCURS IN THE INSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL TO THE RIGHT FRONT CORNER OF VEHICLE #1TO THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE #2'S TRAILER. THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE IS A SEMI/TRAILER. AFTER IMPACT VEHICLE #1 ROTATES CLOCKWISE 90 DEGREES AND COMES TO REST IN THE SOUTH DITCH FACING NORTH. THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE DOES NOT STOP.
