NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE CENTER LANE. TRAFFIC WAS STOPPED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT AHEAD. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 HIT HIS BRAKES TO AVOID RUNNING INTO A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM THAT WAS SLOWING. VEHICLE #1 LOST CONTROL, SIDE SWIPED VEHICLE #2,A PICKUP TRUCK,, AND SPUN CLOCKWISE ONTO THE RIGHT SHOULDER. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER FACING EAST. VEHICLE #2 DID NOT STOP.
