NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 30 IN THE RIGHT LANE. VEHICLE 2 A SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER WAS ALSO TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 30 BEHIND VEHICLE 1. DUE TO ICY ROAD CONDITIONS VEHICLE 1 BEGAN TO LOSE CONTROL AND WAS SWERVING TRYING TO REGAIN CONTROL. VEHICLE 2 MOVED TO THE LEFT LANE TO AVOID VEHICLE 1. A COLLISION OCCURED BETWEEN VEHICLE 1 AND VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTH SHOULDER AND VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN JACKKNIFED.
