UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 5 ONRAMP FROM NORTHBOUND 65/69 WHEN THE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL. THE ONRAMP AT THE TIME WAS 100% COVERED WITH ICE. VEHICLE #1 ENTERED THE SOUTH DITCH.
