NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 WHEN IT ATTEMPTED TO PASS A STATE OF IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SNOW PLOW. THE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL SPINNING TO FACE NORTH IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES. THE VEHICLE THEN ENTERED THE WEST DITCH WHERE IT ROLLED ON TO ITS SIDE. OCCUPANTS REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE VEHICLES WERE REMOVED FROM THE SCENE BY THE OWNER.
