VEHICLE ONE WAS WEST BOUND ON COUNTY ROAD 400TH STREET WHEN IT STARTED TO SLIDE GOING DOWN AN ICY HILL. VEHICLE ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH AND ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE.
