NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON N. STONEGA WHEN VEHICLE #1 LOST TRACTION WITH THE ROAD AND BEGAN TO ROTATE. VEHICLE #1 ENTERED THE WEST DITCH WHILE FACING SOUTHEAST WHEN VEHICLE #1 DUG INTO THE SNOW IN THE DITCH CAUSING VEHICLE #1 TO ROTATE COUNTERCLOCKWISE AND ROLL ONTO ITS ROOF. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST ON ITS ROOF FACING NORTHEAST.
