VEH 1 AND VEH 2 WERE TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 18. VEH 1 WAS SLOWING TO STOP AT THE RED LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION OF N 24TH ST. VEH 2 COLLIDED WITH THE REAR END OF VEH 1.
