NARRATIVE

VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING EAST ON CONCORD LOOP WHEN THE RIGHT TIRES WENT OFF ON THE SHOULDER. APPEARS DRIVER PANIC, STEERED AND LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE. VEHICLE SLIDE SIDEWAYS ACCROSS THE OTHER LANE STRIKING MAILBOXS AND COMING TO REST IN THE NORTH DITCH. DRIVER REFUSED RESCUE AND WAS TESTED AT THE SCENE BY LEWIS TOWNSHIP RESCUE.
