NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE TAVELLING IN THE INSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL OF SB/WB I-35/80 NEAR THE 127.5 MILEMARKER. THE ROADWAY WAS WET AND ICEY DUE TO FREEZING RAIN. UNIT 1 WAS BEHIND UNIT 2. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 SLOWED FOR A PREVIOUS ACCIDENT IN THE AREA. THE FRONT OF UNIT 1 MADE CONTACT WITH THE REAR OF UNIT 2. UNIT 2 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. THE FRONT OF UNIT 2 MADE CONTACT WITH THE CONCRETE BARRIER. UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 CAME TO REST ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER OF SB/WB I-35/80.
