NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON I 35. THE ROADWAY WAS COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND SIDE OFF THE TRAVELED PORTION OF THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE #1 SLID INTO THE MEDIAN AND STRUCK A GUARDRAIL HEAD ON. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST FACING SOUTH. VEHICLE #1 WAS TOTALED AND THE DRIVER WAS UNINJURED.
