NARRATIVE

ON 12/29/10 AT 12:15 UNIT 1 ATTEMPTED TO TURN INTO THE REST AREA PARKING LOT AT THE 8MM I 35. HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE TURN DUE TO THE SLICK PARKING LOT. UNIT 1 LEFT THE PARKING AREA AND DROVE THROUGH THE GRASS ATTEMPTING TO REGAIN CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE. WHEN UNIT 1 RETURNED TO THE PARKING AREA HE TRIED TO TURN PAST THE PARKED VEHICLE OF UNIT 2. UNIT 1 WAS UNABLE TO DUE SO AND STRUCK UNIT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. NEITHER VEHICLE NEEDED TOWING DUE TO THE COLLISION.
