NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 AND 2 WHERE SOUTHBOUND I-380 IN BENTON COUNTY APPROACHING THE 41MM. DRIVER OF VEHICLE 2, LOOKED AWAY TO GRAB HIS CIGARETTES. WHEN DRIVER 2 LOOKED UP HIS VEHICLE REAR-ENDED VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 1 PULLED OFF ON TO THE WEST SHOULDER. VEHICLE 2 DROVE INTO THE WEST DITCH.
