NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL ON THE SNOW AND ICE COVERED ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE SLID INTO THE CABLE GUARDRAIL IN THE MEDIAN. THE VEHICLE THEN CROSSED THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST IN THE NORTH DITCH.
