NARRATIVE

VEHICLES 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-380, FOLLOWED BY VEHICLES 2 AND 3. VEHICLE 1 LOST CONTROL ON THE ICY ROAD SURFACE. VEHICLES 2 AND 3 TOOK EVASIVE ACTION. VEHICLE 3 MADE CONTACT WITH BRIDGE RAIL AND THEN STRUCK VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE 2 THEN STRUCK VEHICLE #1.
