NARRATIVE

ON 12/23/10 AT APPROXIMATELY 2135HRS VEHICLE 1 WAS IN THE SLOW LANE NORTHBOUND ON I-380. UNIT 2 WAS ALSO NORTHBOUND ON I-380 IN THE FAST LANE. UNIT 2 SWERVED TO MISS DEBRIS IN THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE REAR OF UNIT 1.
