NARRATIVE

VEH 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON I35 IN THE RIGHT LANE AT THE 215MM. ANOTHER VEHICLE PASSED VEH 1 IN THE INSIDE LANE. DUE TO SNOWY CONDITIONS FROM THE PASSING VEHICLE, VEH 1 LOST CONTROL AND WENT INTO THE MEDIAN. VEH 1 ROLLED ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE AND CAME TO REST FACING SOUTH IN THE MEDIAN.
