NARRATIVE

Vehicle one was going south I-29. Vehicle one was crossing the Allen Creek Bridge when Ms. Waldon lost control due to the bridge being icy. Vehicle one spun around going off the road to the left and into the median. Vehicle one rolled one time coming to rest on its wheels. Ms. Waldon refused medical attention. The vehicle was towed.
