NARRATIVE

JT TOWING HAD PULL A VEHICLE OUT OF THE WEST DITCH AND A TRUCK ATTEMPTED TO SWITCH LANES IN FRONT OF VEHICLE TWO DUE TO THE TOW TRUCK AND TWO VEHICLES ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. VEHICLE TWO WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I 35 IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN HE SLOWED FOR VEHICLE THAT CAME INTO HIS LANE. VEHICLE ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO SLOW AND STRUCK VEHICLE TWO IN THE REAR OF THE TRUCK. VEHICLE ONE SUSTAINED DISABLING DAMAGE AND VEHICLE TWO SUSTAINED FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE. THE DRIVERS AND OCCUPANTS WERE NOT INJURED IN THE COLLISION.
