VEHICLE ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I35 WHEN A TRUCK CUT VEHICLE ONE OFF. VEHICLE ONE HIT HIS BRAKES AND LOST CONTROL. VEHICLE ONE CAME TO REST IN THE WEST DITCH. VEHICLE ONE SUSTAINED FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE. DRIVER WAS NOT INJURED.
