NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling south on I-29. The driver drove off the right shoulder. The driver steered back onto the roadway losing control. Vehicle #1 slid across the south bound lanes and entered the median. The vehicle continued to rotate and finally coming to a stop in the median facing north. The driver was arrested for OWI 2nd offense.
