NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON I80 WEST OF HIGHWAY 61 AND SWERVED LEFT TO MISS A HERTZ MOVING TRUCK PULLING A TRAILER. VEHICLE #1 LOST CONTROL AND WAS STOPPED CROSSWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD JUST WEST OF THE HERTZ TRUCK. VEHICLE #2 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND HIT THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 PUSHING IT ONTO THE SHOULDER AND MEDIAN. VEHICLE #2 STOPPED CROSSWAYS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LEFT LANE FACING SOUTHWEST JUST WEST OF THE HERTZ TRUCK AND VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #3 (SEMI) WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND WENT BETWEEN THE HERTZ TRUCK AND VEHICLE #2 JUST HITTING VEHICLE #2 WITH THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE TRAILER. ANOTHER NON-CONTACT VEHICLE WAS JUST WEST OF ALL THESE VEHCLES TO THE WEST IN THE MEDIAN.
