NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON I 80 IN THE LEFT LANE, THE VEHICLE WENT OFF THE ROADWAY ONTO THE SHOULDER. THE DRIVER STEERED RIGHT OVERCORECTING, TRAVELED ACROSS BOTH LANES AND OFF THE ROAD ROADWAY INTO THE NORTH DITCH AS IT ROTATED CLOCKWISE. THE VEHICLE THEN ROLLS SEVERAL TIMES COMING TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING EAST.
