NARRATIVE

UNIT #2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON MERLE HAY ROAD COMING UP TO THE INTERSECTION OF I80. UNIT #2 SLOWED TO A STOP FOR LIGHT THAT HAD CHANGED TO RED. UNIT #1 WAS BEHIND UNIT #2 ALSO NORTHBOUND ON MERLE HAY ROAD. UNIT #1 FAILED TO STOP IN A SAFE AND SURE DISTANCE AND COLLIDED WITH UNIT #2 IN A REAR-END COLLISION.
