NARRATIVE

VEHICLE # 1 WAS SITTING ON THE SHOULDER OF THE INTERSTATE 80. VEHICLE # 1 WAS BROKE DOWN AND WAITING FOR A TOW SERVICE. VEHICLE # 2 WAS GOING WEST ON I-80. VEHICLE # 2 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE BRAKED AND REAR ENDED VEHICLE # 1. BOTH VEHICLES REMAINED ON THE ROADWAY AFTER IMPACT.
