UNIT 1 AND 2 WERE NORTHBOUND IN THE LEFT LANE OF I-29 AT THE 71.70MM. UNIT 1 STOPPED QUICKLY TO AVOID HITTING THE REAR OF THE CAR IN FRONT THAT HAD STOPPED QUICKLY TO MERGE INTO RIGHT LANE AS THE LEFT LANE WAS CLOSED AHEAD. |
