NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 IN THE NORTHBOUND LANES AT THE 188.70MM WHEN UNIT 2 EXECUTED A PIT MANUEVER AFTER UNIT 1 FAILED TO PULL OVER. UNIT 2 IS A FULLY MARKED PATROL UNIT AND HAD LIGHTS AND SIRENS ENGAGED WHILE IN PURSUIT OF UNIT 1. UNIT 1 CAME TO REST ON THE EAST SHOULDER OF I35 NORTHBOUND FACING NORTH.
