NARRATIVE

SEE ALSO OWI REPORT NARRATIVE- V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON US HWY 59. V1 TURNED RIGHT ONTO THE INTERSTATE 80 WB ON RAMP. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CORNER AND SLID OFF THE ROADWAY. V1 WENT INTO THE DITCH AND ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES. V1 LANDED ON ITS WHEELS AND WAS DRIVEN A SHORT DISTANCE IN THE DITCH UNTIL IT BECAME STUCK.
