NARRATIVE

ON 10-23-2010 I, TROOPER ALBRECHT, WAS ON PATROL. I WAS CONTACTED BY WOODBURY COUNTY AND TOLD A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT OCCURRED SOUTHBOUND ON I-29 NEAR MM 145. I ARRIVED ON SCENE SOUTHBOUND I-29 NEAR MM 145. VEHICLE 1 WAS DRIVEN BY ANN FELIX. VEHICLE 2 WAS DRIVEN BY JANK NGUYEN. VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-29 NEAR MM 146. VEHICLE 2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-29 NEAR MM 146. VEHICLE 2 PASSED VEHICLE 1. VEHICLE 2 SWERVED AND STRUCK THE MEDIAN BARRIER THAT DEVIDES THE SOUTHBOUND LANES AND NORTHBOUND LANES. VEHICLE 2 CROSSED BOTH SOUTHBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC AND STRUCK THE JERSEY BARRIER ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF I-29. THE SPARE TIRE OF VEHICLE 2 CAME DETACHED AND STRUCK VEHICLE 1 ON THE REAR DRIVER SIDE FENDER. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO REST OF THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF I-29 NEAR MM 145. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST IN FRONT OF VEHICLE 2 ON THE SHOULDER OF I-29 NEAR MM 145. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. VEHICLE 1 RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. VEHICLE 2 WAS DISABLED.
