NARRATIVE

VEH 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 69 SOUTH OF KENSETT. VEH 1 WAS NORTHBOUND AT THE SAME LOCATION. A SIDE RAIL FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE OF VEH 1 CAME UNFASTENED AND BLEW OFF THE TRUCK. THE RAIL THEN STRUCK THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR OF VEH 2, THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
