NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON 4TH ST WHEN IT COLLIDED INTO UNIT #2, WHICH WAS PARKED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET. UNIT #1 THEN FLED THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT, TRAVELED TO THE INTERSECTION OF 4TH ST AND CLARK ST AND PARKED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 4TH ST. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 EXITED THE VEHICLE AND ENTERED HER RESIDENCE, WHERE SHE WAS LOCATED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
